EGG-clusively Designed
ABOUT THE DESIGNER: On a small farm in Hopkins, Grandpa farmed the land and milked Jersey dairy cows, Grandma raised chickens and sold eggs. They were pillars in the small Monterey Center Methodist Church, where my Grandma taught Sunday school and my Grandpa rang the Church Bell every Sunday Morning, no matter what the weather. Some of my fondest childhood memories were going to the chicken house twice a day to collect eggs, wash them carefully and pack them in egg cartons. I inherited my Grandma’s 1940s’ Domestic Rotary sewing machine. I made matching outfits for my daughters every Easter and Christmas. My passion for ‘crafting’ and using my God-given talents continues.
Whenever possible I utilize re-cycled items such as beads and fabrics.
